Hi, I’m Thor and I am a professional tour guide. My goal is to share the Iceland I know and love - beyond the tourist spots, into the heart of the raw nature. I specialize in private tours because I believe every journey should be personal and unique. I grew up exploring these wild places, discovering the routes that most maps don’t show and I’d be honored to become your Guide to Iceland. Joining us upon request is Yrja, my extraordinary malamute and I guess - a marketing expert. Let’s explore Iceland together, off the beaten path and away from the crowds.
YRJA
Occasionally joining our adventures is Yrja, a charming malamute and honorary team member. Yrja was meant to be a sledding dog but her energetic nature made us cross our ways when she was one year old and ever since, she became my irreplaceable travel companion and she's an instant joy giver.
She loves meeting new people and is always ready for a hike or a snowy adventure, but will only join us upon request.
