A colorful mountain range in the central highlands, where steaming hot springs and red rhyolite peaks create a breathtaking geothermal wonderland. One of the most photographed highland sites in Iceland.

A striking waterfall where powerful glacial waters plunge over black basalt columns, creating a stunning contrast of shapes and colors.
